Quote Gallery brings together people from every background, culture, and belief system. Treat every member the way you'd want to be treated.

• No hate speech. Content that attacks, demeans, or discriminates against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.
• No harassment or bullying. Don't target other users with insults, threats, doxxing, or persistent unwanted contact.
• Be constructive. If you disagree with someone, do so thoughtfully. Personal attacks are never acceptable.
• Respect privacy. Never share someone else's personal information without their explicit consent.

The value of Quote Gallery depends on the quality and accuracy of the quotes shared here. Every submission reflects on the entire community.

• Only submit real quotes. Every quote must be a genuine statement made or written by the attributed author. Do not fabricate quotes or attribute them to the wrong person.
• Verify before you submit. Take a moment to confirm the quote is accurate. Check spelling, punctuation, and wording against a reliable source. See our Quote Approval Tips for detailed guidance.
• No AI-generated quotes. Quotes produced by AI tools and attributed to real people are not allowed.
• No spam or duplicate content. Don't submit the same quote multiple times or flood the platform with low-quality entries.
• Proper attribution. Always credit the correct author. If the true source is uncertain, note it as "commonly attributed to" or "unknown."

The following types of content are not allowed on Quote Gallery under any circumstances:

• Violent or threatening content — quotes that incite violence, glorify harm, or threaten individuals or groups.
• Sexually explicit material — pornographic or sexually graphic content.
• Illegal activity — content that promotes, encourages, or provides instructions for illegal activity.
• Malware or phishing — links or content designed to compromise user security.
• Impersonation — pretending to be another person, brand, or organization.
• Copyright infringement — submitting substantial copyrighted text (e.g., song lyrics, poems, book excerpts) without proper rights or fair use justification.

• Keep playlist names and descriptions appropriate. No offensive, misleading, or spammy names.
• Usernames must be tasteful. Vulgar, offensive, or impersonating usernames will be changed or the account suspended.
• Public content is visible to everyone. Anything you mark as public — playlists, profiles — can be seen by all visitors, including non-registered users.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it. Every report is reviewed by our team. You can report:

• Individual quotes using the report button on any quote
• Users through their profile page
• Other issues via the support ticket system in your dashboard

Do not abuse the reporting system. Submitting false or frivolous reports to harass another user will result in action against your account.

We enforce these guidelines fairly and consistently. Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, consequences may include:

• Content removal — the offending quote, playlist, or profile content is removed.
• Warning — a formal notice is sent to your account.
• Temporary suspension — your account is restricted for a defined period.
• Permanent ban — your account is permanently removed from the platform.

We reserve the right to take action on any content or behavior that we determine to be harmful to the community, even if not explicitly listed above.
